Thank you for choosing Rediffusion for your home appliances. As part of our commitment to quality, your appliance is covered by a warranty. To ensure that you enjoy the full benefits of this warranty, we encourage you to register your product after purchase.

Rediffusion Warranty Terms and Conditions 

This warranty is valid only for domestic appliances purchased and used within the UK. It does not apply to commercial use. To activate your warranty, register your product within 30 days of purchase.

Warranty Claims Guidance

• Within the first year: Return the item to your original retailer
• After one year: Contact our Customer Services Team at 01274 752624
• Refer to your product manual for the warranty period specific to your model

What We’ll Do

• If an electrical fault occurs during the warranty period and your claim is approved, Rediffusion may, at its discretion:
• Replace the product
• Substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value if unavailable

Note: You are responsible for all shipping costs to and from us.

What’s Covered

• Electrical faults occurring under normal household use
• Appliances used exclusively in domestic environments and under correct voltage (i.e. 240V)

What’s Not Covered

• Glass, plastic parts, or filters
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or abuse
• Tampering with plugs or wiring
• Any modifications or alterations
• Use of the product in a manner inconsistent with the product manual instructions

Who’s Covered

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser or gift recipient
• Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim - please retain your original sales receipt

Other Important Terms

• Applies only to the original purchaser or recipient of the product
• Valid proof of purchase (original receipt) required

Legal Information

• Rediffusion is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages from any breach of warranty
• Liability is limited to the original purchase price
• Any implied warranties (e.g. fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed unless prohibited by law
• Rediffusion reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim that does not meet these terms

Please note to finalise this registration, we will need a copy of your receipt to validate this warranty.

This must be submitted within 30 day of purchase failure to send proof of purchase and with the 30 days will void your warranty.
