Ingredients:

  • 8 rashers smoked or unsmoked streaky bacon
  • 8 pork chipolatas

Method:

1. Wrap the chipolatas
Take one rasher of bacon and wrap it snugly around each chipolata.

2. Arrange in the air fryer
Place the bacon-wrapped chipolatas in a single layer in the Rediffusion basket of the ClearCook 9L Dual Zone Air Fryer. Make sure they aren’t overcrowded so they cook evenly.

3. Cook
Set the air fryer to 180°C and cook for 10–12 minutes, until the bacon is golden and the chipolatas are cooked through.

4. Extra crispiness (optional)
If you like your bacon extra-crisp, cook for an additional 2 minutes to reach your perfect crunch.
